I have received my online Admission Certificate of CSS-2017.

Under Important Notice, one of following point is mentioned;

"Your application/documents have not been scrutinized so far. Therefore, your candidature is provisional subject to decision on your eligibility in terms of rules of CSS CE2017.
To avoid frustration, you are advised in your own interest to make sure before appearing in the examination that you fulfil all the requirements of the rules, relating to
this examination. Later on if your candidature is rejected, your result shall not be announced in terms rule 12(vii), however, your chance on account of appearing in the
examination shall stand consumed vide rule 7(viii). Therefore, before appearing in the examination, Rules for CSS CE2017
may be read carefully, which are available on
FPSC website www.fpsc.gov.pk"

Wanted to confirm if it some sort of default note for everyone or I need to ponder about it?
