Default Question verbs and understanding the question

Going through examiner feedback I read that many students failed to understand what was asked. Below are question verbs that must be understood before starting your answer.

Analyse: break into separate parts. Give reasons for current scenario
Assess: judge worth by determining strength and weakness
Comment: express your opinion. Explain. Criticism and give examples
Compare: clearly show difference
Conclusion: result outcome. End me kya hua
Criticise: don't explain situation. Analyse and evaluate problems
Define: give actual meaning
Describe: make picture with words. Use five senses. Characteristics. Qualities
Summarise: brief account
Discuss: pros cons debate argue compare and contrast
Evaluate: compare contrast determine scenario in light of events
Explain: make clear. Show logically how idea is developed. Give examples. Description add
recommend: advise, counsel, recommend action

Understanding what the question is asking is first step and it's important too. The post has been inspired from an Acca examiner's feedback. I passed Acca in one attempt-2 years total. I followed the question verb tips. I hope this helps
