Good one! You don't need to worry about this paper. That is what it was all about. Just for making it a theoritical, one could criticize the global terrorism with "Critical Theory of Terrorism" and lack of definitional agreement. And exploitation of the term terrorist - using against the minority specially Muslims. That is what India is doing as a state sponsor of terrorism, snd yet benefitted post 9/11 by Bush rhetoric of Islamic Terrorism.
Then another dimension of theory was assymetrical warfare through proxies, the separatist movements funded by Indian intel, limited war chances, Strategic Culture of Hindu Fascism could also be linked.
