This essay can pass if candidate avoided major grammatical errors and kept a proper structure.
And Faiza is right to some extent, one should not try to go against the statement if it is not clearly indicated as examiner's intention to draw diverging stances from candidates. But if one opts to write against a statement, one needs to have arguments twice as strong as the one writing in favor.
