After you join the army your schedule will be very tight in the first 6 months in PMA.Preparing for css will be almost impossible atleast in the first term of pma.Secondly it wont be advisable to train so hard in pma and then to join the civil services after a year.Maybe when you become a commissioned officer after completing your training you will get recommended for the army quota of css.
