If 100% fit candidates are required then why they are hiring disabled candidates?
It does not work like that.
Diabetes is a disorder not a communicable disease like AIDS, hepatitis etc so it cannot put others at risk. They cannot straight away refuse to give jobs to diabetics.
They only refuse in field jobs like police, army etc. In other jobs it is not important. I am also going to request you about your comment. I hope you will not mind.
I request you not to comment on situations like these if you do not have any valid information. It can be discouraging for others.
