Default Bailable/Non-Bailable and Cognizable/Non-Cognizable
Could someone tell me how to determine whether an offense is bailable or non-bailable (more/less than 10 years etc.)?

Additionally, what is the difference between cognizable and non-cognizable offenses, and how can one determine which type it is? What are some examples of cognizable and non-cognizable offenses?
