I think, US History would be a better choice for you. As you are having IR and I law as optionals. And US History helps, to some extent, in understanding the above subjects. Moreover, you can treat this subject as a role model, in which, United States would serve as model which is beneficial for quoting in essay etc. meanwhile, US History is more scoring than INDO PAK, also, it is shorter than letter.
