There is no minimum amount stipulated for issuing a cheque. As such, any cheque can be deposited in a Bank.
however, care should be taken that the collection charges to be levied by the Bank are less than the amount of the cheque.

Such as: if you have are withdrawing rupees 1 from your bank account and if the bank has any sort of charges, withdrawal or collection ( if the cheque is issued to be deposited in any other bank) then the cheque will not be cashed/deposited.
