Salam,

I need help regarding the NOC for Government Employees. I am currently in SPS-8 equivalent to BPS-17. SPD is autonomous organization and my age is within limits for CSS exams. Do i need NOC for this as i was going through application form in which (Annex-E) it is mentioned that the current post i am holding is not of Autonomous or Semi-Autonomous.

If any particular NOC is required from Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Organizations. Or should i go for written exam and if i pass that exam should submit the NOC. AS to my best knowledge, my current serving will not be counted in the FPSC as i am SPD employee which is Semi-Autonomous.
