Sawan, In my case it took me almost 5 months for the preparation of these exams. I think it differs for different people and everyone can better judge themselves about the amount and time they need for preparation. What I can advice you is to give your best and leave it on Allah.
Futhermore, I made my own notes for almost all subjects but can't give a specific no. of words I wrote before appearing. (sorry for being so late)
