Dear Group,

I am an Electrical Engineer and passed my graduation in 2011. Then I did job till July 2017, since July 2017 I am jobless and searching for job. Now I came across this CSS exams thing and as per my research age limit is 30 years. So i am already 30 years old and want to appear in CSS 2019. Which i can do. Means on 31st december i will be 30 years old so I am eligible for CSS 2019.
In rules there are age relaxations mentioned but the true meaning of such relaxations i am not able to get. Would someone please explain these age relaxation points to me?

But my query is here that, are 5 months enough to start preparations from zero??
