Panel consisted of 4 persons i.e. Chairman, Nasir Durani, Seerat Asghar and S&GAD officer. Interview was bilingual (mostly in Urdu).
Durrani Sahb: Questions about my home district, its culture. Then about South Punjab Province, why it should be created, population share, ethnic vs administraive basis debate, why not Bahawalpur province (Chairman asked), Who are the stakeholders on this issue?

Seerat Sahb: Rising int'l issues other than terrorism & poverty after the surge of Trump? Is there any threat to Globalization?
S&GAD officer: one question from psychological peforma, Why civil service (PMS) instead of your own field? Favourite personality other than Quaid & Iqbal, name of his biography?
