If So,

1- Can they be posted to the same country in Language course and afterwards as 3rd Secretary? Or equivalent

2- What about salary and allowances, perks, Privileges etc breakdown, would both receive their own respective(Independent) shares?

It would be hugely appreciated if any of the senior members and FSP officers or anyone else who seems to have little knowledge about it- Please DECIDE TO REPLY TO THIS OR EVEN SHARE THEIR THOUGHTS OR KNOWLEDG, whatever little they know would be appreciated.
Yes, they can marry. For instance, Ambassador (r) Sanaullah and Ambassador (r) Fauzia M. Sana got married once they were allocated to FSP.

Second, they can request the authorities to post them together for linguistic course and subsequent assignments. However, any response to the request (in positive or negative) totally rests with the concerned authority i.e. Foreign Secretary and Personnel Division.

Third, earlier (pre-2000 era), one of the individual from the couple had to leave some sort of perk(s). For instance, both individuals cannot have medical entitlement abroad, children education allowance etc. However, few years ago, i heard that things have changed and now both the individuals get full benefits of the job.
