who the hell is ECP to short list and send the name to third party testing service .it is total illogical.
if they are serious ,they must give full authority to the testing service from short list to screening .
17 grade job in ECP is a powerful job. i dont know why they dont follow foot steps of other federal departments to keep merit in selection process.
Lawyers of this forum should sue ECP for such rogue selection process. it is a question of transparent electoral process to decide nation's fate.
