Its about personal choice: if you are interested in multinationals companies then nust masters (hrm/mba) will not land you anywhere
If you have good sifarish then from where you have done degree will not matter to a large extent and suddenly nust/fast will be considered excellent (not because they are good universities but because you had big pawa sifarish)
If you want a job in non-multinational or startup, then you will definitely land somewhere
Now don't get me started on salaries, that is whole another science
I can only tell you about scope of fast and nust, and engineering and mba especially since i live in twin cities (hrm is a specialised feild, plus i also don't know if you plan to move abroad after masters)
