Based on your engineering background, you might like J&M. It is a bit technical too, e.g. different modes of communication. Go through the syllabus, you might appreciate the lengthy yet elaborated syllabus. It's lengthy but not too compact aka less-dense.
Sociology may appear to have a short syllabus but its got a lot of mass/dense. You have to go into the depths.
.
Easy to navigate if you enjoyed your elaborate engineering courses = J&M
Easy to absorb if you like getting to the depths of things, unlike engineering where everything is laid out bare and clear = Sociology
