The person whom I studied from is Sir Saqib Khan (0322-4600003). He is a CSS qualifier himself but didn’t join and is now teaching at PU. You will find him very welcoming and an exceptional teacher. However, you just have to convince him that you have the potential because these subjects are not for everyone.
