Questions have been asked on journal entries, ratios and final accounts. Do these well. You may skip partnership. I skipped it.
Yes it is possible to rely on the jwt book for auditing. All the topics are covered. It also depends on your strategy. If you want to do 2 questions from Auditing then it’s probably a good idea to use one of the suggested readings in addition to jwt.
My own strategy for paper 2 was
i) selected topics from auditing which required only a basic understanding (1 Q)
ii) income tax only (1 Q)
iii) prepared finance and business thoroughly (2 Qs)
