No one can answer this for you better than yourself. Simply, tell them the actual reason why you want to leave your current job, you must have a reason for leaving the current one for this one. When the panel asked me this question, I gave them the actual reason and that reason was, "I want to leave the current position for this one because it offers better pay, better career growth and better chances of promotion."
