Sir, there is a simple rule as per css age limit:
30 for normal candidates
32 for in-service government servant having atleast 2 years of continuous service
A person born on or after 1st January 1990 is eligible to sit in css 2020
Similarly for govt. service employees who are eligible for age relaxation: the person born on or after 1st January 1988 is eligible to appear in css 2020
These are as per latest rules, i have no knowledge about upcoming civil service reforms
