Default Interview dressing

Dress a little more than usual for the company and the place, or dress the same or more than the recruit manager and/or the people you plan to see.

You should dress too well — it lacks appreciation, so it won't be a label on you to dress poorly.

A guy with a suit and tie (at least a sports coat, shirt- and slacks all fresh from tomboy clothing stores), for a traditional place in industry, while for a lady it's complimentary. Either trendy, but not provocative. * For both.

A good approach to all business attire in all settings is to “dress for the position you want.”

*Never forget about shoes (and socks, for guys): they should be appropriate to the rest of the clothes, and clean and neat, as well.
