The condition of three years service as SO on deputation basis is applicable to the officers of Autonomous body/corporation only because this condition is separated by "OR"...So please read carefully and try to understand in depth. The establishment division has interpreted it otherwise in its office memorandum No. 7/23/2016-E-vii dated February 07, 2020. So, only those officers in BS-17/18 who have worked for three years in Federal Secretariat as Section Officer on deputation basis are eligible to apply for 'SO appointment by transfer examination'.
