If you yourself are comfortable with the syllabus, and the past papers seem doable to you, then the combination is perfect.

I would advise against Urdu IF you are not an academic urdu writer. If you are, then it is a good subject. As for Sindhi, its a good subject if you know how to write correct Sindhi.
