If you don't mind me enquiring further; in the 2016 precise and composition paper, they specifically asked to write a 250 words paragraph, while in 2013 they asked to write 250 words. My query; is there a specific standard or we should read the requirement of the question, whether to write a single paragraph or we are free to distribute the whole topic into 2 or maybe three paragraphs?
