well you just need to be in FSP to know the benefits ....just an example...during the STP (six months) of FSP the probationers spend around forty days in hague with all their expenses covered..not to mention the stipends/TA-DA they get as well ...on the other hand DMG/PSP people spend their days in places like mardan/swabi/dera ismail khan and even in the most remotest places of Pak facing grave threats to their life on a daily basis ....i gave this example since this is the first taste an officer gets of his or her service right after the end of CTP...the rest of d story is also d same...

reg perks and priviliges ..surely FSP is a relatively clean service with little chances of corruption...i would gladly like other services to take the lead in these matters ...otherwise in all other matters tis d best....

d simple reason y FSP personnels dont indulge in debates reg which service is d best is because they are really not concerned with such small talks ...just read ESTA CODE and tis clearly stated there that FSP lies in Group A while DMG/PSP and all the financial services are below it ...
