Secondly a very logical conclusion from analyzing facts would be that FSP is over-rated ,a huge drawback of the service is that all prized posyings are usually given to people from outside FSP e.g Current Ambassador to US,UK,Saudi Arabia e.t.c are not from FSP. An officer serving almost 20 years is kind of superceded by an outsider when it comes to prized positions
I dont mean to deride any service ,FSP is a coveted profession and it has its charm and elegance,the point I was trying to make is that it is purely an aptitude job.
An artist doesn't worry about the price of his paintings ,all he is concerned about is personal satisfaction and "Diplomats" should be similar breeds
An FSP officer is eligible for a Red Passport(Diplomatic Passport) which is one matchless perk
