if your date of declaration of result crosses 1st January of the year in which you are taking CSS exam, you will be considered ineligible.

if your result is declared before 1st January, you can send them the photocopies of your documents even in March, April or May, whenever you want. they will ask you for it.

you will have to produce original documents on or before psychological test day which will hopefully be conducted somewhere in October or may be later.

you DO NOT need any hope certificate or provisional certificate from the institution.
