Section: when a law is passsed by the parliament and become an ACT it is in the form of sections or divided into parts, parts into chapters and then chapters into sections. sections are further divided into clause and then sub-clause. all administa=rative substantive and procedural law are in the form of sections.
Article: Articles are in those laws made by an authority other than parliament. these laws cannot be changed but through amendment or proclamation. eg PCO, LFO, Martial law orders etc.
examples of such laws which are divided into articles are Costitution of a state, Qanoon-e-shahadat order etc.
