Talibanisation is a growing phenomenon of International concern changing the course of International diplomacy thus nation’s world over have been overwhelmed by altering International scenario owing to the prevalence of extremist Ideologies propagated by extreme measures.

Talibanisation is rapid pace gaining phenomena prevailing throughout south east - west Asia countries which are deem to be secular and communists has so far not been able to fend for its reach in their societies;
Recent ethnic clash in Xinjiang province of china, Mumbai train bombing in India are notorious examples of Talibanisation gradually nocking their national senses.

Nevertheless its Intensity can be felt when we see its affects prevailing over International diplomacy destabilizing governments, affecting economies, altering political Ideologies, putting pressure on states and last but not the least posing serious threats to International Peace.

Taliban’s (calling themselves religious students) a group of people with their own religio-social Ideology following its own rules of set principles resorting to extreme interpretable rational of religion provided with extreme measures for the attainment of given goals under the pretext of religion and people who follows their Ideology thus helps promote talibanisation, Talibanisation started with soviet invasion of Afghanistan in 1979 Mujhadins (known as holy warriors) who started resisting soviets revered as heroes attracted a lot of young men from the neighboring and Islamic countries with the help of Pakistani government and U.S contingency on the behest of holy war moreover young men were brought from Islamic countries by C.I.A to fight a holy war religious seminaries were turned into training grounds propagating their own version of hard line Islam turning young moderate men into extremists on the name of holy war not to say it was actually a version of cold war fought on afghan soil, money kept pumping in from C.I.A and channelized by ISI led to success in war and utter withdrawal of Russians from Afghanistan furthermore fulfilled the American motives in disintegrating U.S.S.R.

Americans left the region rolling back aid packages imposing ban on Pakistan the country which claimed itself as front line state in holy war going to the extent of compromising its sovereignty for American interests.
With war over some of the young men returned to their native countries whilst majority stayed in Afghanistan. Having nothing to do, left over with devastated country, overwhelmed by poverty and political anarchy instability on rise provided them an opportunity to take over arms once again moreover resulting in enforcing their own version of Islam and administration of state deriving its source from hard line version of Wahabbi Islam. Talibans didn’t believe in taking taxes from people whole economy came to a stand still. Devastated country with no resources a landlocked country no trade and trained man power started receiving aid from Saudia Arabia and Pakistani establishment. Common citizens had no respectable earning no infrastructure and impressed along oppressed by talibans people started inducting their children in seminaries (Madrassah), in seminaries minors were taught hard line self propounded version of Islam diluting their mind with extreme pedagogy rather than reasoning aspect of Islam turning them into hardcore militants

Talibans are pashtoon but not every pashtoon is a Talib, sharing common ethnicity on both sides of 1400 km border with Afghanistan affects of talibanisation was also felt on this side of border. Same lack of infrastructure and livelihood, gun culture in tribal areas was somewhat similar to what people were experiencing on other side of afghan border assimilating both was no rule of law in tribal areas hence helping talibanisation on Pakistani side of border flourish predicting predicament for the entire region in future
On other hand a chain of event was taking place in middle east Palestinians were deprived of their land by Israeli’s supported by American establishment sent a wave of anger in the Muslim world. Saudi rulers allowed American base on holy land further infuriated hardcore hard liners thus resulting in formation of Al-Qaeda ruled by same Osama bin laden who was a front line Jihadi in American led cum holy war in Afghanistan

Al Qaeda was against American prerogative of supporting Israel in its occupation of holy land of Jerusalem and American base on holy land of Saudia Arabia. thus threatening American interest throughout the world.
Al Qaeda gave the impression of Islamic war (Jihad) against American established hegemony in world which appealed alot to hard liners. On the other hand many states of the world which were internationally associated with U.S annoyed hard liners living in those countries calling for resistance in their own countries which is supportive of American interest hence following talibans Ideology of talibanisation making it more appealing and acceptable throughout the world.

In the series of event 9/11 bombing world trade center took place which was claimed to be perpetrated by Al Qaeda (still to be verified). Outraging American hegemony resulted in illegitimate aggression on Afghanistan under the pretext of Osama bin laden presence in Afghanistan which directly added to spread of Talibanisation in region Pakistani talibans due to religious and social attachment with talibans on other side of the border also went to fight against American forces present in region escalating talibanisation wave in region witnessing deluge of support to talibans from the other side of Pakistani border led to American annoyance and came out as pressure on Pakistani government to stop the infiltration of Pakistani talibans infiltrating into Afghanistan. Pakistan faced huge opposition from tribals who turned onto Pakistan because of its support for U.S interpreting in terrorism in Pakistani cities killing hundreds of people according to estimated report 2106 people have so far been executed by the wave of terrorism in the country owing to talibanisation.

Talibanisation owes it prevalence in a civilized society to gross injustice, Poverty, failure of public welfare, incompetence of public administration, lack of education and underdevelopment. In a country like Pakistan where democracy is sham people has no forum of true representation where they could be heard and grievances redressed, executive is incompetent failed in regulating, distributing and allocating, Judiciary is a Tortoise quenching the needs of elite. moreover a country which spends 1 % of its GDP on education divided into elite and formal subject, where literacy rate scales at 36 % you have schools but no teachers unpaged over effective education policy Nonetheless bearing seminaries which educates 20 million students some of which precepts hard line version of Islam is bound to be a victim of talibanisation.

A country hit by talibanisation confronts alot of problems on economic fronts dictating in reduction of foreign direct investment affecting market economy and small scale enterprises directly affecting the life of a common citizen thus invoking unrest in market leading to variations in national economy furthermore leading to poverty escalation provided tarnished international Image denial of Visa and strict Immigration procedure. Poverty plays a prominent role in talibanisation parents who could not provide for school Fee bread and books in rural areas of Pakistan send their children to religious seminars which derive its teaching from hard line talibanisation Ideology of Jihad and hatred. Alumni of seminaries after passing out has nothing to do he is not accepted in society as a professional moreover has no means of earning rather than being a maulvi at a mosque or drive himself to join a purpose of striving against oppressive forces internally and externally which he was taught in seminary. A citizen needs to be looked after by a state and when states fail to provide him with basic livelihood, opportunities and protection he resorts to other short extremist paths thus retaliating against society causing collateral damage on terms of bringing about an Islamic revolution.
Talibanisation in Pakistan and Afghanistan owes its prevalence to aforementioned reasons

Talibanisation is a product of high class Wahabbi faction of Islam a faction which adheres to extreme views. Bombing shrines, imposing strict restrictions on women, observing strictness in law, in order to counter the adverse affects of these stringent intolerant followings mystic, soft, progressive and enlightened version of Islam has to be preached in seminaries and mosques. Seminaries have to be streamlined combining religious and technical education so that a alumni when passes out gets a respectable mean to earning moreover supports his family comes in line with society. People suffering due to atrocities, Inflation, feudalism and Injustice have to be provided Justice. Meanwhile merit has to be maintained and a welfare oriented approach has to be put in practice in order to put an end to this growling retrogressive phenomena.

Talibanisation as a phenomenon is still growing in large posing threat to our future generations. Altering the course of progressive future and ruining the fabric of peaceful societies, talibanisation as a problem is of Political nature. Hearts and minds of people are to be won to put an end to this retrogressive practice of force. We have to put our own house in order empowering the people farther applying welfare oriented approach is the only way forward.
