Hi,
Muslim Law and jurisprudence is a little technical but very easy subject. Its syllabus is really short. On the other hand, IR is a subject that can help you a lot in covering your Current Affairs paper and vice a versa. Though the subject is a little lengthy and a bit tough.
Considering your other subjects, I would recommend you IR though the final decision rests with you. You should go through the syllabus of the respective subjects before deciding anything.
