According to my info Privilege for this group include:

1) 1300cc car in BPS-17 - Higher in all groups
2) House with servants - large house in comparison to all other groups
3) Authority to float,process and accept different kind of tenders

disadvantages include:

1) relatively slow promotion ( Up to 19/20 grade)
2) relatively small social circle

Please correct me if anything is wrong

I personally give it preference over Commerce and trade, info, postal, railways.
