This is a clear warning to those who forsefully and mistakenly try to write maximum number of quotations without even judging the worth and relevance of these quotations.

This is not the right commentary on statistics, FPSC may have commented on any other paper and mistakenly included in the statistics paper analysis. We don't have such bright examples infront of us to quote in this paper.
