Written Test for Higher Grade Posts (BPS-17 & Above) When Written Tests are conducted for higher grade posts, English fluency skills are to be tested through Essays/Précis writing. This shall be mandatory requisite for such tests.

Professional Tests These tests are to be prescribed for appointment of candidates to professional cadre of Government of Sindh in BPS-17 and above, which shall include:

Lecturers/Professors

Headmasters/Headmistresses
*
Teachers
*
Any other Cadre/Posts as decided by the Commission.



Structure of Professional Test Professional Written Test shall comprise of One (1) paper of three (3) hours duration, with a total maximum marks of 200, breakdown of which is tabulated below:

Part III (Pakistan Studies) 40 Marks

Part IV (Everyday Science Knowledge) 15 Marks

Part V (General Know./Current Affairs) 25 Marks

Part VI (Islamiat) 20 Marks

TOTAL 200 Marks
