Devolution plan will not continue forever. It will depart with Mushi and his puppets. I have been studying devolution plan and its effects for three years and now I can tell you with full guarantee that none of the MPAs ,MNAs and other politicians (in and out of the government) want this system to continue. Believe me,there is a strong possibility of revival of old system.
