Dr. Zakir Naik has vast study of other religions, so he usually gives references of other religions in his writings and speeches. I don' have much information about osho's philosophy neither I bothered to study about, bcz first we should master the knowledge of our own religion. I think we don't need osho's philosophy in presence of Quran. Surah-Ikhlas has defined the concept of God well, and it is Tauheed and Ima'ann to accept the Oneness of Allah, it is enough.
