Dear All, main diff between PSP & FIA......

1.PSP rank holder is a CSP but an FIA officer z not.
2.PSP has faster promotion than FIA
(it takes 10-15 years for AD FIA to be promored to Dep D)
3.No vertical or horizontal mobility in FIA like Police group.
4.An FIA officer has no powers like DPO....they ve only investigation powers in diff cases specialy ADs ve to depend on SI n Inspector report.
5.FIA officers have no specail assignments like PSPs.
6.PSP officers ve special prestige due to their career growth moreover in FIA mostly political postings as an AD and above.
7.FIA officers have no filed assighnment like PSPs
8.Only v less people come in contact with FIA whereas PSP is the need of every person.
