ASPz getting more pay than other CSPs.....diff allownces hv been given to Police....Risks allownce etc....ASP will get around 60000Rupees per month.....a SHO gets around 65000/- pay n DSP as well....BPS 17 + allownces ....jo b kaho Pay kafi handsm hai aur powers to hain hi
