NO! the matter of re-allocation is nothing to do with the start of the CTP, the CTP will start when funds will be released to CSA and CSA will give the green signal to establishment division. If a person is allocated within ONE month of the start of the CTP he is admitted,whereas if he is allocated after later than ONE month then he will have to have CTP with next common
