I would recommend joining it. Later, you can switch to any group and enjoy seniority since you will be counted in the batch of 2009 i.e 38th Commons. I guess you already know CTP is once in one's lifetime even if you qualify in all three attempts and get allocated in different groups.

So, never miss the which is at hand!
