I have done a course "Public Relations and Corporate Communications" from a reputable
PR professional who has 30 years of experience in
PR department of several national and international organizations, what he told me about the duties matches with the above lines.
He told, "
PR Person has to develop relations in the market like if you are
PR officer of a university, you have to issue press releases of every event held in the institution, you will be responsible for making relations with Media persons, you have to invite them for interviews, coverage, and you need to publish news in their respective newspapers/channels, you have to be a communicative and social person".
Isn't it enough or should I write some more lines? I can extract some lines from my notebook of that course.
