you may than find traveling speed by= 15/360 x circumference(40,075.16 kilometers)
=1669.7 km/h

Or alternately,
=(circumferernce)/(24)
=(2x3.142x radius)/(24)

=(2x3.142x6371)/(24)
=1668.1 km/h
