Default Urban migration and Urbanization

Is there any difference between urbanization and urban migration? i personally think that urbanization refers to the transformation of rural areas into urban areas by acquiring urban personality whereas urban migration refers to the movement of people from rural to urban areas. The question given in sociology subjective referred to the process of establishment of new towns and cities in rural areas. Am i right in my approach?
