I have no info about any particular website. You can get urdu quotations from newspapers, books etc. A good Urdu grammer also has good quotations. Quotations include poetry, famous sayings, muhaavaraat etc. main b isi trah yaad kr rha hn. There are very few websites of Urdu quotations. Check This One
