Q-1- Precise the following Imagine Tale and Choose a Suitable Title
Intelligence Report form
www.salamkhanpsp.usa.com

The last weekend the essences of Plato and Socrates meet up close to the Red Indian Sea. The Chit Chat happens thereat is confined and socialized for rapid reflection by the owners of Global Village:-

“Socrates says in perplexed sense that Sir I had a moment ago an Arial view of the planet, where we left our gadgets and reminiscences, the arena we warded off is in grand and speedy evolution?

“Plato residues stilled for few seconds and fixes eyes at Socrates with a charmful smirk and replies. Even if your observation is reliable but whether you think or compare innovations made out by us with these. Do you count up the invention of atomic theory of John Dalton? The design of Machine Gun by Richard Gatling? The invention of strategic Tank by Sir, Swinton Ernest? Don’t you amount the Important hostilities from Hundred Years War (1331-1453) to World War II (1939-1945) yet I do own up the series of valid discoveries are more in number as of above, but progressive inventions can easily be rubbed out even by one of pessimistic discoveries as cited above. So dear what the visions we left still amounts great credit as of you that made you seem perplexed.

“Socrates soul’s senses get revitalized and both take off towards their celestial rest as a vintage forever and interminable”

we have a whole pharmacy within us. We can create any drug inside us.
20. Our bodies are recreating themselves constantly - we, make a skeleton every 3 months, new skin every month. We are capable of reversing the Aging Process!!
Ablation – A procedure in which extreme heat or extreme cold is used to deaden an area of tissue in the heart that is causing an abnormal rhythm.

ACE Inhibitors – Medications that allow blood to flow more easily, making the heart’s work easier or more efficient.

Anticoagulants – Drugs that thin the blood to reduce the risk of clotting.

Arrhythmia – An irregular or abnormal heartbeat.

Atria – The two upper chambers of the heart that receive and hold blood from the veins before passing it to the ventricles. (plural of atrium)

Atrial Fibrillation (also called AF or A fib) – A rapid (350 to 600 beats per minute), irregular heart rate that makes the pumping action of the upper chambers of the heart ineffective and causes blood to "pool" instead of passing to the lower chambers. Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common arrhythmias.

Atrial Flutter – A rapid (240 to 350 beats per minute) abnormal rhythm caused by electrical impulses that circle the upper chambers of the heart instead of moving to the ventricles (see Reentry).

Atrioventricular Node (AV Node) – A group of specialized cells that receive impulses from the upper chambers of the heart and passes them to the lower chambers, causing them to contract. The AV node is also like a gate, preventing the lower chambers from beating too fast when there’s an abnormal rhythm in the upper chambers of the heart, such as atrial fibrillation (AF) and atrial flutter.

Blood Pressure – The pressure of the blood on the walls of the arteries. The highest amount of pressure occurs as the lower chambers of the heart pump the blood out to the body (systolic pressure). The lowest amount of pressure occurs as the lower chambers are filling (diastolic pressure). Mean blood pressure is the average of these two pressures. Basic blood pressure is the pressure during rest.

Bradycardia – Heart rate less than 60 beats per minute.

Cardiac Catheterization – A procedure in which a flexible, narrow tube (called a catheter) is inserted through a vein or artery into the heart. This is done to withdraw samples of blood, measure pressures within the heart chambers or vessels, and/or inject dye that will show up on an x-ray, demonstrating how the heart is working.

Cardiac Mapping – Pinpointing electrical activity in the heart.

Cardioversion – Changing an abnormal heartbeat back to a normal heartbeat using medication or electricity.

Chronic Atrial Fibrillation – Atrial fibrillation (AF) in which intervention (if successful at all) only restores normal heart rhythm for a brief time.

Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) – Failure of the lower chambers of the heart to pump an adequate amount of blood to meet the demands of the body. This results in a "bottleneck" (or congestion) in the lungs, which leads to shortness of breath when lying down or with mild activity, and swelling in lower portions of the body.

Coronary Artery Disease – A condition in which fat (or plaque) lines the wall of a coronary artery and obstructs blood flow. This may cause angina or a heart attack

Defibrillation – Using electricity to stop a dangerously fast abnormal heart rhythm in the lower chambers of the heart. This can be done externally with paddles on the outside of the chest, or internally during open-heart surgery or by using an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD).

Digitalis – A drug that helps to control fast, irregular heartbeats by slowing down the movement of electrical impulses in the heart.

Diuretics – Drugs that help rid the body of excess fluids. Diuretics are often used to treat high blood pressure and congestive heart failure.

Echocardiogram – A procedure in which sound waves are bounced off the walls of the lower chambers of the heart while it is beating, allowing the heart’s movements to be seen and measured.

Electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG) – A graph that shows how fast and how regularly the heart is beating.

Electrophysiology – A procedure in which sensing tips are put inside the heart in various places. Electrophysiology studies are used for diagnosing illnesses and evaluating treatments.

Fibrillation – Extremely rapid heartbeats (350 to 600 beats per minute) that occur in the upper chambers or the lower chambers of the heart.

Flutter – Rapid but regular contractions of heart (240 to 300 beats per minute) that occur in the upper chambers or the lower chambers of the heart.

Holter Monitor – A portable electrocardiograph (EKG or ECG) worn by the patient. A Holter monitor tracks the heart over 24 hours, and is useful in detecting periodic abnormalities.

Hypertension – High blood pressure, usually ranging from 140/90 to 200/110.

Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD) – An electronic device implanted in the body that recognizes dangerous fast rhythms in the lower chambers of the heart and delivers a jolt of electricity to shock the heart back into normal rhythm. Most ICDs also include a pacemaker as a backup, which also helps the heart when it is experiencing both fast and slow rhythms.

Ischemia – A condition in which there is decreased blood flow to the tissue, resulting in tissue damage.

Lead – An electrical wire with an electrode (or sensing unit) on one end and a connector on the other. The lead connects a pacemaker or ICD to the heart. It carries electrical signals from pacemaker or ICD to the heart and brings messages back from the heart to the device about its activity. A single-chamber pacemaker or ICD uses one lead, while a dual-chamber device usually requires two.

Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) – A mechanical pump that assists the heart’s left lower chamber (ventricle) in pumping blood to all parts of the body except the lungs. An LVAD may be used as a bridge to a heart transplant.

Pacemaker – A device that helps to speed up a heart rate that is too slow. A pacemaker has one or more leads that connects it to the heart. It consists of a battery and electronics, and it is normally implanted in the chest. External pacemakers are temporary devices which are intended to provide short-term, back-up pacing.

Palpitations - An unusually forceful or strong heartbeat (may be fast or irregular). Palpitations may occur in response to emotional or stressful events, in response to medication, or as a result of many heart disorders.

Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation – An intermittent form of fibrillation in the upper chambers of the heart (atria). It is characterized by sudden starting or sudden stopping.

Persistent Atrial Fibrillation – Fibrillation in which the patient has symptoms and for which treatment is required to restore normal heart rhythm.

Reentry – Electrical impulses that circle the upper chambers of the heart instead of moving to the ventricles (similar to a dog chasing its tail).

Senatorial Node – A group of specialized cells that form the heart’s natural pacemaker.

Stroke – Damage to the brain caused by rupture or blockage of an artery in the brain.

Tachycardia – Fast heart rate (greater than 100 beats per minute).

Valve – A fold of membrane tissue in the heart that prevents blood from washing back into a chamber of the heart once it has been expelled.

Ventricles – The two bottom chambers (and actually the main pumping chambers) of the heart that receive blood from the upper chambers and pump it to the lungs and body.

Ventricular Fibrillation – Rapid heartbeats (350 to 600 beats per minute) that prevent normal pumping of the heart and cause death unless stopped quickly.
Interesting facts about your brain and intelligence
Abdul Salam Khan(PSP)

________________________________________
Your brain has about 100 billion neurons. A typical brain cell has from 1,000 to 10,000 connections to other brain cells.

Studies have shown that children who are breast fed display IQ's up to 10 points higher by the age of three.

Your brain is full of nerve cells, but it has no pain receptors. Doctors can operate on your brain while you're awake and you won't feel a thing.

The right side of your brain controls the left side of your body, and the left side of your brain controls the right side of your body.

Your brain weight accounts for about 2 percent of your body weight. But your brain uses 20 percent of your body's oxygen supply and 20 to 30 percent of your body's energy.

When you are born, your brain weighs about a pound. But by age 6, it weighs three pounds. What happens? Learning to stand, talk, and walk creates a web of connections in your head—two pounds worth!

People with lower IQ are at greater risk of being concussed. A Danish study looked at 520 men who had sustained concussion after having their IQs tested by the national draft board. 30.4 percent of the concussed men had had dysfunctional scores. Experts decided lower IQ is a risk factor.

Naveed: - Good question sir! The accurate reply of this question does rest at your disposal because you are here evaluate and weigh up the justified candidate who is most suitable for this position and what I depicted about my scholastic accomplishments are enough to say that I would be the suitable one to meet your standard for subject position.

Chairman: - Ok let’s come towards something strange, May you name the Provincial Minister for Education Department, Balochistan.

Chairman: - Define Gwadar with special reference to its geographical importance and also put light over the Government’s volition to make development in Gwadar and also give your own idea about Nationalist’s phobia about Gwadar?

Naveed: - Word Gwadar was derived from Balochi lingo “Gwad” means Air and “Dar” stands for gateway. No doubt Gwadar encompasses its natural geographical importance in Asia but also in entire world. Gwadar a coastal region of Balochistan located at an approx distance of 500 Kilometer from Karachi. Gwadar have had a natural Port where the Import and Export with entire world is easy with no stumbling blocks. As far as the Present Government’s inclination towards brining about developmental changes in Gwadar is concerned so the logic behind subject intention favors that wide ranging development should be made in Gwadar according to the socio-economic race as being witness in world. I perceive that Gwadar would certainly be a source of “Globalization” and why should not it be. As you asked about Political influence castigating the efforts of Government. Sir It is a normal reaction of each Political lobby in rest at opposition benches condemn such effective efforts and when they themselves are enjoying treasury benches, these would be the most forward groups who would appreciate such developmental intention. Very accurate rejoinder of your question with political pressure groups is that, there must not be difference in Intentions and Practices.

Naveed: - Article (27) of Constitution safeguards this provision. Sir.

Naveed: - With Smirking face! Sir the authority that deals extra duties by virtue of his own assignment is called Ex-Efficio.
Member 1: - Nice, even amazing good information.
Naveed: - This is all your Excellency, Sir.

Member 1:- Recite Third Kalmah?
Naveed: - Did the need full.

Chairman: - Who was the first and Last Muslim Ruler?
Naveed: - Zaheer Uddin Babar started his ruling in 1524 and Bahdur Shah Zafar was the last Muslim Ruler who was revolted in 1857 by Britain a chronological loss for Muslims as their hundred years ruling came to an end.

Chairman: - Who was Hazrat Ismail (MGBPWH)?

The Interview:

I enter with a smile on my face. Loudly, I say, "Assalam-o-Alaikum" to the panel. They smile back at me while responding. The chairman offers me a seat. I unbutton my jacket, put my file in front of me on the table and sit down--relaxed, calm, composed and confident.

Chairman: Welcome, Mr. Muti! How are you?
Me: I am fine, Sir! Alhamdolillah.(Rotating my glare to all of them) and how are all of you ladies and gentlemen this fine morning ?

The Panel: (some of them smiling) Theek Thaak.

Chairman: Young man ! have you consciously matched the color of your tie with your eyes ?

Me: No Sir ! It's quite unintentional. I'm surprised that you observed it.

Chair: Mr. Muti ! I would like you to introduce yourself in detail to the panel starting from the very beginning, your hobbies, your educational career, your family and anything else you would like us to know.

Me: Sure, Sir ! My name, as all of you know by now, is Muhammad Muti-ur-Rehman Mumtaz. By profession, I am an Aeronautical Engineer and I have done it from Pak Air Force Academy, Risalpur. Now, a bit about my family background and educational career. Sir ! I was born in a rather small town named Burewala. (and I tell them every detail till the day of my interview).

Chairman: (delivering me to the panel). Members ! You are free to ask questions.

Mr. Roshan Zamir: Well, Mr. Muti ! Where did you pick your accent from ? It sounds impressed by the Americans to the very last bit.

Me: Sir ! that is because I have a liking about Amercian accent. And by the way, Sir ! Isn't it just like us to get impressed by the Americans ?

Roshan: (ignoring the sarcasms) You talked about Officer-like Qualities in your introduction. What are they ?

Me: Sir ! Self-awareness, integrity, honor, honesty to start with... and a sense of responsibility, punctuality and leadership to cap it up.

Roshan: Do you think officers in Civil Services have these ?

Me: Sir ! The people I have come in contact with...YES !!!

Roshan: Do you feel comfortable with the idea of leaving such a highly-paid job in Saudi Arabia ? Do you really want to trade it off with a career here ? Do you know how a Civil Servant manages to educate his kids ? I think you are more of an emotional man than a practical one.

Me: Not at all, Sir ! I have solid and concrete practical reasons to back me up. Back in Saudi Arabia, I don't have a sense of belonging or a sense of ownership. The natives would always treat me as "Just another outsider" or "an alien". I would never fit in there no matter how long I live there. I am a simple nobody there. Here in Pakistan, I am someone's cousine, someone's son, someone's brother. I have an identity and I intend to keep it. I want to get reconneced to my roots, for I am nothing without them. I have mentioned the same thing in one of my articles called "Life without roots". (Roshan looks for the article and reads it).

Roshan: It's quite an interesting reading, Young man !

Me: Thank you, Sir !

Madam Mashooda: Mr. Muti ! You had Urdu as your optional subject. Would you like to tell us the first poem of Iqbal ?

Me: Yes, Ma'm ! It is called "Himaliya". Maulvi Abdul Haq has said about Iqbal's poetry that One should well imagine the ending heights of a poet whose start is Himaliya.

Mashhooda: Why did Iqbal convert his attention to Persian poetry instead of Urdu?

Me: Ma'm, it's because of the fact that Persian language, keeping in view Iqbal's target audience, had more deep and wide-spread penetration

Regards

Abdul Salam Khan
