I am 21st in KPK, i am listing my last five preferences, tell me my most likely group.Can i get anything above OMG, even MLCG?

and between postal and railway 3,

So i am 100% certain one candidate won't join, i am majority sure about 2 others ahead of me who won't join as well, although not 100% sure about that, how many are likely to go into open merit? Please tell me most likely group people
