CSS Forum is the best academy...trust me...No need to spend huge amount of money (Rs 40,000- 60,000) for just guidence...i posted my experience in one of previous posts regarding major academies of Pindi/Islamabad i.e. NOVA, NOA and KIPS...I'll suggest you to do self study or group study with other aspirants...best of luck...
