In addition to what Stunner has said.. if you think that you can base your case on that precedent and challenge FPSC's marking criteria or the interview's panel decision to fail the candidates (due to whatever reason) then simply go ahead. But keep in mind Bhagwandas' reputation in the echelons of judiciary. Frankly speaking, you won't find any potent loophole to exploit and get the things done in your favour.
