Temporary vs Contractual
Temporary jobs are subject to confirmation after completion of probationary period. Whereas contractual jobs are often for specific tenor and after completion of contract period you are jobless, only in exceptional cases contracts are extended or renewed if such provision is already mentioned in your employment terms and conditions.
So don't worry about temporary jobs because temporary job is better than contractual job. It is practice in job advertisements to mention temporary status because of probationary period.
