I just want to add a bit more. Initially only the Additional DG was the BPS-20 officer in head office (Pindi), now there are Director (Lands) BPS-20, Director (Administration) BPS-20, Director (Accounts) BPS-20 and more. So now other than the Regional Directors, there are some 6-7 BPS-20 officers working in the head office along with the Additional DG.
